Rental car shuttles stop in designated areas along the center median on the ground level outside of the baggage claim areas. For Hawaiian Airlines and commuter terminal arrivals: - Proceed outside the baggage claim to the curb marked "Rental Car" for the consolidated rental car shuttle bus. For all other arrivals: - Proceed to the crosswalk between baggage claim E and F, cross the street, and head to the rental car center on the ground level of the parking garage. - Follow the blue "Rental Car Center" signs located on the pillars outside the baggage claim area.

A vehicle can be driven across the Canadian border at any time, no matter what location it was rented from.
It is recommended to have PERS coverage when using vehicle in cross border rentals for the US and Canada.
The renter must have a valid driver's license and rental record to cross the border into Canada.
Canadian law does require that everyone entering the country have a passport, so everyone in the vehicle must have the proper identification.
If a renter (including a Canadian resident) is driving a U.S. rented (and licensed in the U.S.) vehicle to Canada, it can only be driven across the border for up to 30 days unless an extension is requested from Customs at the time of entry.
